Welcome to EnterChange Ministries Inc., where Praise and Worship is our forum and the Word of God, our Foundation. I bring you greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

As we know, our relationship with God is ever changing and intentional. In Ecclesiastes, the word says, “FOR EVERYTHING THERE IS A SEASON AND A TIME FOR EVERY MATTER UNDER HEAVEN. As we know all things must change and nothing stays the same, God’s direction for ministry has once again brought me to a point of change and new direction. 

Season One: 

I have been in ministry for 31 years, along with my wife. I was called to ministry in 1992, when the Lord directed me to establish a nonprofit organization to address injustices in our community. So, in 1992, the ministry of Progressive Training Associates Inc., was birthed: PTA as it was known, was a community-based nonprofit organization providing family-centered services for disenfranchised families, with offices in Bridgeport, New Haven, Waterbury and Stamford. Services included occupational skills training, job creation and placement, college preparatory programs, therapeutic mentoring for children, services for juvenile justice youth and academic services for children and youth.

Season Two:

 In 2007, Progressive Training Associates transitioned into Kinship Academy Inc.; Kinship created businesses focused on job creation, resulting in the development of a 1.2-million-dollar Business Enterprise to train unemployed and underemployed residents.

Under the Kinship Enterprise, we designed and developed a licensed cosmetology school, a licensed certified nurse’s aide training program, a full-service upholstery shop, a licensed childcare facility for infants and children ages 6 months to 4 years of age, a certified heavy equipment operation and construction labor training for ex-offenders re-entering the community.

In 2009, we established Insight Development Partners, a company designed to help churches and organizations create businesses and access resources through Economic Development Strategies. Through these efforts, we helped churches secure commercial kitchens, daycare facilities, buildings, church locations, funding resources and other initiatives. During this time, I was appointed as Senior Pastor of Deep River Baptist Church in Deep River, CT and Gales Ferry Baptist Church in Gales Ferry, CT.

Season Three: 

October 6, 2012, EnterChange Ministries Inc. held its first Sunday worship service. EnterChange Ministries Inc., is a non-denominational Christian Church that believes in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ and adhere to the gifts of the Spirit, not subject to denominational expression. We have grown together as brothers and sisters in Christ, with a common purpose; to lift up the name of Jesus and celebrate our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Over the past 11 years, EnterChange has engaged in numerous facets of ministry including Sunday Worship, Bible Study, community outreach, family gatherings, social events, ministry of the arts including song and dance, weddings, baby dedications, baptism and special services. In addition, EnterChange collaborated with Bridgeport Hospital to provide housing for medical students from Canada completing residency at the Hospital; worked in collaboration with Liberation Programs providing breakfast and lunch for clients journeying through substance abuse treatment; collaboration with CT Department of Corrections providing Spiritual Direction for men returning home after incarceration; partnered with the city of Bridgeport for Covid 19 outreach and prevention; collaborated with Barnes & Noble in the annual celebration of Black History Month and many other community initiatives.  As the ministry forges ahead into the next seaon, continue to pray for impact and success. 

Season Four

God's direction for 2023 brings new focus on giving back once again, which is always in order. God's mandate for me is two-pronged. I will continue to provide individual chaplaincy services for young men returning home after incarceration. Secondly, through Insight Development Partners, I am helping churches and organizations in the areas of Community and Economic Development, Community Revitalization and developing  Businesses for Job Creation.

What does all of this mean? EnterChange Ministries Inc. continues to move forward according to God's mandate; I continue to share the word of God with you: I continue to intercede on your behalf; and I continue to serve as Pastor of EnterChange Ministries Inc. So much has transpired since our journey began. We realize the many gifts, talents, and skills within our community, yet we understand that gifts must be utilized in God’s perfected way, and I am obedient to God’s directive.
